There is a CCTV system installed. The only cameras on the property are located on the exterior of the property. The video feed is located in the left most upper cabinet in the kitchen when looking in the direction of the living room
There is a trailer park just behind the house, but the people that live there are very nice and friendly just enjoying the Florida life style.
The house is cleaned rigorously between guests, and the exterior is sprayed with pet friendly pest repellent; however, Florida possess a warm and damp environment ripe for all sorts of critters. You may encounter a bug or two in the house during your stay especially after a rainstorm as they try to escape to dryer conditions. Please be understanding of this.
