Come stay at your home away from home conveniently located one block away from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches! > PARKING This home provides 2 designated parking spaces right in front of the door. > FIRST LEVEL Boasts an open and spacious floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen includes: blender, toaster, air fryer, plenty of pots, pans, bake ware, kids plasticware, mugs, wine glasses, spice rack, etc! Coffee lovers: there is a KEURIG and drip coffee maker! Dining Room has seating for 6 people. There are an additional 4 barstools in the kitchen area. The living room area has a half bath and a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 guests with its pull-out queen Sealy bed. There is also a large Smart TV and board games/toys. The private screened porch right off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed outdoor time. > BEDROOMS King Bedroom- Has a large closet, extra seating, large mirror, Smart TV and USB nightstands. King Bathroom- Walk in shower, hair dryer and starter soaps. Bunk Room- Has a Twin bed over a Full bed, Smart TV, toys, large closet and plenty of pillows and blankets. Bunk Room Bathroom- Includes a shower with bathtub, starter soaps. Upstairs you'll also find the laundry area with its own full-size washer and dryer. > COMPLEX AMENITIES * Pool Is directly across from the townhome and visible from front door and kitchen window. * Outdoor Shower * TWO assigned parking spaces that can be used for trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. As long as they fit in a standard parking space. * NO grills on property please. > CONVENIENCE This Summerlake complex is WALKING distance from everything: groceries, restaurants, winery, activities, and the popular Silver Sands Outlet mall for all the shopping you want to do while here! And best of all, you're just footsteps away from some of the most beautiful beaches Northwest Florida has to offer!!
